Agency Management Tools Overview

Agency Management Tools we provide creators on Facebook with handshake service and revenue linking for revenue share 30% percentages as service fees from final earnings or payouts that are disclosed on the agency management tools at the “Earnings” Tab after we request access to the creator page we will be able to request revenue linking for supported products with creators pages that are encountering financial issues on their original payout accounts

We will apply additional 14% tax withholding from final payouts for only those creators or their beneficiaries who live outside of Egypt
and requires international wire bank transfer

Requirements

Valid Issued National ID Card OR Valid Passport for foreigners
Beneficiary Name
Beneficiary Bank Name
Beneficiary IBAN Number

Please Note: beneficiary name should be matched with the name on the business or tax documents

Creator Page Eligibility

Pages must follow Facebook PMP – Partner Monetization Policies
Pages must follow Facebook CMP – Content Monetization Policies
Pages must follow Facebook Community Standards

Creator Page Authenticity

I. Creator page authenticity for individual creators

Creator pages must authentically present real creators or real creator’s authenticity with written permission given from the authentic creator

II. Creator page not offered for buying or selling

The agency will not accept pages that were previously offered to be sold by third parties or created for the purpose of being sold or have been purchased from third parties and those pages will be permanently banned from the agency

III. Creator page content eligibility

Creator content must not target or focus on personal attributes such as race, religion, color, national origin, sex (including pregnancy, childbirth, reproductive health decisions, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status

Restricted Countries

We will not operate and provide our agency services including support benefits for creators and/or individuals and/or businesses or their beneficiaries who live in those countries

Agency Terms on Handshake Request

1) Request for Revenue Linking

The Facebook creator page including those who have the authority to manage the partner page should have an acknowledgment that revenue linking may include the following supported products

Facebook Stars
In-Stream Ads
Ads on Reels
Subscriptions

Once the agency sends the handshake request including revenue linking on the applicable product to the creator page only business portfolio admins who own the creator page can accept the handshake and in case the creator page type is individual all admins with permission “Full Control” can review and accept the handshake request from Meta Business Suite on the web browsers only by navigating to “Agency Management Tools ” from Meta Business Suite

When the creator page accepts the agency handshake request the selected product-earning sources will be automatically transferred from the affected/restricted original payout account to the agency payout account Learn More about Agency Management Tools

Please Note: the agency can only request the earning sources for the selected products from the affected original payout account and is not responsible for any previous funds funded to the creator page’s original payout account

Agency Terms on Termination

Original restricted Payout account for the managed partner page should be addressed and resolved before requesting termination to avoid technical issues may encountered to the linked earning sources and please contact our representative before requesting termination for further review

1) Termination of Revenue Linking

Terminated handshake pages from the service of revenue linking and sources will be returned to the original state before the talented client/creator page accepts our handshake request

2) Termination of Page Support

once the talented creator page is terminated we will apply 180 day hold period during this hold period our agency will not be able to provide the talented client/creator any kind of support including ongoing support tickets related to the terminated page will be closed

3) Termination and Responsibilities

In case a page termination request was completed between the creator and agency including their employees responsibility for any current or/other issues will be disclaimed immediately dated with the date and time of request/response on the termination request

4) Page Termination and Hold

When a talented client/creator page handshake is terminated our agency has the right to apply 180 days a hold period instead of 90 days on the next request from the client/creator page to have another handshake request if we find the creator page is eligible to have another handshake request and revenue linking if applicable and if we found creator page not eligible we will let him know our decision by we have approved and/or rejected handshake request to be forwarded as well

5) Creator Responsibilities

The talented client/creator page should carefully follow the relevant platform community standards and other product monetization policies including this agency’s terms and conditions to be eligible to access the agency management tools with our handshake request and revenue-linking approval if applicable

By continue using our agency handshake including revenue-linking service only those who have authority over the talented/creator page agree on these creator agency updated terms and conditions and the talented client/creator has the right to request termination anytime
